The Women on Boards Executive Program is aimed at empowering women in private and public sector companies so that they have access to direction and supervisory bodies and also targets women already holding such positions, who wish to develop their skills, in a Fit-and-Proper context.
This Program combines a theoretical-practical approach to management, legal and behavioral matters essential to the performance of duties in direction and supervisory bodies with a strong component of active and participatory learning, which can be adapted to the specific needs of the trainees.
The Programme takes place in presence, at Porto Business School, in partnership with Porto Business School and APGEI.
