The VdA Academia organizes the Women on Boards program on March 12, 13, 14, 26, 27, and 28, 2025, in Lisbon.
The Women on Boards Executive Program aims to prepare female professionals from private and public sector companies with the potential to join management and supervisory boards or who are already members of such boards and wish to develop their skills within a Fit-and-Proper framework.

This Program combines a theoretical and practical approach to key management, legal, and behavioral topics essential for performing roles in management and supervisory boards, with a strong focus on active and participatory learning, which can be tailored to the specific needs of participants.

  • Development of knowledge and skills in key areas for the exercise of duties in direction and supervisory bodies, including management, legal and behavioral matters
  • Expansion of the network of contacts and sharing of experiences with keynote speakers, trainers and trainees, from reference organizations
  • Provision of a knowledge matrix to solve business practice situations

The 13th edition will take place on March 12, 13, 14, 26, 27, and 28, 2025, at the VdA Vieira de Almeida office in Lisbon.
