VdA launches the book ‘The Practice of Litigation: reflections and trends in substantive and procedural law’, published by Edições Almedina.

This publication brings together 18 articles by the Litigation & Restructuring group at VdA, which include an in-depth analysis of a variety of issues in the field of dispute resolution, combining analytical rigour with the practical experience of the authors.

The articles address substantive law issues related to corporate litigation, as well as procedural issues in the areas of civil, criminal and administrative offence law. In addition, some of the texts explore compliance regimes, reflecting on future trends in the context of business litigation, while still discussing the traditional themes of litigation practice.
