VdA Academia, in partnership with CEWE - Commission for the Equality of Work and Employment, held on June 24th and 25th the Executive Training Program W2L - Women to Lead, focused on senior women from IGen member organizations - Organizations for Equality Forum (which VdA recently joined), who want to develop their management, legal and behavioral skills.
Margarida Couto, Sofia Ribeiro Branco, Benedita Aires, Francisco Cabral Matos and Sandra Pedro Serrano were the trainers who presented the different modules of this program.
The W2L had Alexandra Machado (Girl Move) and Sara Falcão Casaca (ISEG) as Keynote Speakers.
A particularity of this project was the fact that the registration fee reverted entirely to support the Girl Move Academy Social Responsibility project - www.girlmove.org, through VdA Academia.
What is that?
The W2L Program aims to prepare women senior managers, from public, private and social economy organizations, with the potential to integrate management, administration and supervisory bodies, or who already integrating these bodies intend to develop skills, in a context of Fit-and-Proper, in fundamental areas for the exercise of these functions, namely, management, legal and behavioral. At the same time, it intends to provide the widening of the contact network and the sharing of the trainees' experiences, among themselves, with keynote speakers and with trainers.

Women senior staff of member organizations of iGen - Forum Organizations for Equality, wishing to leverage / develop their management, legal and behavioral skills, from the perspective of the (current or future) management, administration or supervisory positions.
