The Executive Program "HR on Boards" took place in a face-to-face format on 15, 16 and 17 February at VdA’s head office in Lisbon and its objective was to prepare and equip senior staff in the area of human resources with tools for a prepared response to the new challenges of people management. It was attended by a very lively group of participants linked to HR management.

Designed to be a comprehensive skills elevator for Human Resources managers, the Program allowed the development of specific HR management skills and leveraged the participants' legal knowledge on unavoidable topics for an efficient and effective People Management, aligned with the new challenges and trends of the job. In a setting of proximity and sharing, the participants had the opportunity to network with the invited trainers and Key Note Speakers, getting to know their experiences and the challenges they face as managers.

In this edition, the VdA panel of trainers included Margarida Couto, Ana Luís de Sousa, Vanda Cascao, Assunção Cristas, Américo Oliveira Fragoso, Marta Silva, Sofia Bobone, Maria de Lurdes Gonçalves, and Sandra Pedro Serrano, who led some of the Program modules, which also included the participation of Susana Almeida Lopes and Joana Macedo, respectively, Managing Partner and Partner of SHL Portugal.

Paula Gomes Freire (Managing Partner at VdA), Susana Almeida Lopes (Managing Partner at SHL) and Madalena Sutcliffe (Coach, Robbins Research International) also participated as Keynote Speakers.
