VdA Academia organises the Women on Boards programme, in partnership with Porto Business School and APGEI, on 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 September, in Porto.

In response to the challenging paradigm of balanced representation between men and women in management and supervisory positions, the Women on Boards programme aims to prepare female staff from private sector, public sector and public administration companies with the potential to join management and supervisory bodies, or who already belong to these bodies and want to develop skills, in a Fit-and-Proper context.
