VdA Academia is launching the 10th edition of the Women on Boards Executive Program in Lisbon, with a new image that reflects the constant evolution of this Women's Leadership program.

This program has assumed a central position in the national context, now adopting an identity that stands out for its timeliness and innovation, reflecting in a remarkable way the influence and participation of the hundreds of WoB alumnae.

Women on Boards aims to prepare female executives from companies in the private, public and public administration sectors who have the potential to join management and supervisory bodies, or who are already part of these bodies and wish to improve the skills essential to performing these functions.

The program is based on three axes:

- Development of knowledge and skills with a theoretical-practical approach based on case studies;
- Expanding the network of contacts through networking, sharing experiences with keynote speakers and interaction with organizations such as PWN - Professional Women's Network Lisbon;
- Provision of a knowledge matrix for resolving situations in business practice.

The 10th edition will take place on November 8, 9, 10, 23 and 24 at the offices of VdA Vieira de Almeida in Lisbon.

The dates for the 11th edition, in 2024, will be announced shortly.
